In other cases, the contractual relationship is governed by the bilingual version of the PRUSA CONNECT Terms and Conditions, where the first language shall be the language set in the User’s browser and the second language shall always be English; in case of any variance between the two language versions, the English version shall prevail.

2.2. If PRUSA LINK is not part of the printer, it is possible to install this functionality on a compatible printer afterwards according to the instructions available at prusa3D.com. In that case, the costs of the upgrade (especially purchase of necessary HW equipment) shall be borne by the User.
2.3. Software means necessary for the use of PRUSA LINK are provided free of charge and their use is regulated on the basis of the following open source licence. In connection with the use of PRUSA LINK, the Operator is not obliged to provide the User with any installation, integration or maintenance services, updates or other servicing. No warranty is provided by the Operator for the availability and functionality of PRUSA LINK. The use of PRUSA LINK is at one’s own risk and the Operator is not liable for any damage caused to the User or third parties in relation with the use of PRUSA LINK.
2.4. Successful installation and operation of PRUSA LINK is conditional on the use of up-to-date versions of the software and firmware available for the relevant 3D printer. In order to properly install, activate and set up PRUSA LINK, it is necessary to follow the user documentation and information contained in the knowledge base available here (hereinafter the “PRUSA LINK documentation”).
2.5. For correct and safe use of PRUSA LINK, the User is obliged to comply with the PRUSA LINK documentation, including the applicable licence arrangements. To avoid any doubt, PRUSA LINK is not a service provided by the Operator, but rather a functionality of a printer where full responsibility is upon its user. The costs related to the use of PRUSA LINK (e.g. costs of connecting a printer to the network, other necessary HW equipment, etc.) shall be borne exclusively by the User.
2.6. Important notice: If the User makes a printer accessible for remote assignment, activation and administration of print tasks via PRUSA LINK, the User is obliged to pay increased attention and to secure the printer and its surroundings against any damage. Furthermore, if the User makes a printer accessible via PRUSA LINK to third parties, the User hereby acknowledges that these persons may use the printer and administer it remotely to the same extent as the User, where only the User, rather than the Operator, is fully responsible for setting the access rights and security rules.
2.7. Printers with correctly activated PRUSA LINK functionality may use other remote access and online management functions via the PRUSA CONNECT service.
3.1. The PRUSA CONNECT service is a service of remote access, printing and administration of 3D PRUSA printers connected to the computer network via PRUSA LINK. Through PRUSA CONNECT, you can remotely access the connected printer, both within the local network and via the Internet, administer it, assign print tasks to it (individually or collectively for one or more printers) or give additional commands to printers. All the above within the scope of the PRUSA CONNECT user settings. If the User of the connected printer allows it in the PRUSA CONNECT service settings, other persons may also have access to the User’s printer(s) connected to PRUSA CONNECT to the extent allowed by the User. The provisions of Articles 2.6 and 4.3 thus also apply to the PRUSA CONNECT service to the full extent.

3.3. Users are obliged to use the data space provided by the Operator within PRUSA CONNECT to store files in the format and size permitted by the Operator.
3.4. The PRUSA CONNECT service is provided free of charge. This shall in no way prejudice Article 4.2 on Premium Services for the Data Space. The Operator does not guarantee the availability of the PRUSA CONNECT service and does not provide the User with any further guarantees to remedy any defects or obstacles to availability or any other servicing such as installation, integration, maintenance, updates, upgrades. The PRUSA CONNECT service is operated in a beta version, i.e. a test mode. The Operator reserves the right to extend, change, modify or terminate the provision of the PRUSA CONNECT Service at any time. An up-to-date list of the available functionalities and a complete specification of the PRUSA CONNECT service can be found here. The User agrees that the Operator is not liable to the User or third parties for any damage caused by unavailability, changes, or termination of the provision of the PRUSA CONNECT Service.
3.5. PRUSA CONNECT Users may use 3D printers of other Users provided that they are members of the PRUSA CONNECT Group to which they were invited by its administrator (see Article 4). At the same time, the PRUSA CONNECT service may only be used by Users who have acquainted themselves with and have approved the PRUSA CONNECT Terms and Conditions and other related Operator’s documentation (General Terms of Use, PRUSA CONNECT Privacy Policy, PRUSA ACCOUNT Terms and Conditions, etc.) and have agreed to comply with them.
3.6. For correct and efficient use of the PRUSA CONNECT service, the Operator recommends fulfilling at least the technical requirements available here. The technical conditions and specifications may change during the operation of the PRUSA CONNECT service and the User is obliged to use the Service only in compliance with the current instructions and recommendations of the Operator.
4.1. After logging into the PRUSA CONNECT service, each PRUSA CONNECT User becomes the administrator of his/her own group where he/she exercises the administrator rights and may invite other Users to join the group. The User may also create other shared user groups. As a PRUSA CONNECT group administrator, the User may assign the user rights to the individual Users of the group when creating an invitation or later in the group’s settings; this must be done in compliance with the PRUSA CONNECT user documentation.
4.2. By connecting a printer to a PRUSA CONNECT group, the User will get a free data space for storing print files. See Article 3.2 above. The Operator may provide Premium Services for the basic data space (e.g. versioning, history storing, increasing the size of the space, etc.) according to the valid Operator’s price list.
4.3. Important notice. If the User assigns administrator rights to another User of PRUSA CONNECT within the administered user group (execute permission), the User may change the settings of the relevant group to the full extent in the same way as its founder, i.e. in particular, the User may delete the contents of the shared data space of the group, assign print tasks to printers connected to the group or cancel them, or accept or delete members of the relevant group, including the account of the group’s founder, i.e. its current administrator. The User/administrator who invited the relevant User to his/her group and who assigns the user rights is always exclusively responsible for the User’s conduct within the group. This paragraph shall in no way prejudice the provisions of Article 2.6 of these PRUSA CONNECT Terms and Conditions.

The User agrees to comply with the principles of effective use of network resources, i.e. the User is obliged, in particular, to refrain from scraping activities, artificially increasing queries and overloading the capacity of the service, sending unsolicited or harassing communications, etc.
5.4. Furthermore, the User agrees not to transfer, store or otherwise disseminate illegal content through PRUSA LINK or PRUSA CONNECT, i.e. Users agree to only transfer and store files and printing documents (hereinafter the “Contents”) which they are sufficiently authorised to reproduce, publish, disseminate or use and further license under the terms and conditions of the relevant licence. The User also agrees that the Contents do not violate any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and are not at variance with the applicable laws and good morals. Furthermore, the User agrees to use the Service to only display printing documents which do not serve as instructions for printing items the possession or manufacture of which is restricted or prohibited by laws and regulations.
5.5. The User is fully responsible for all Contents and printing documents transferred through PRUSA CONNECT. The Operator is not liable for such Contents in any way whatsoever. The Operator points out that the Contents created by other Users or third parties is in no way controlled or verified by the Operator prior to publication. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic exclusively under the laws of the Czech Republic.
7.1. In the event of breach of these PRUSA CONNECT Terms and Conditions, binding legal regulations of the Czech Republic or good morals by the User, or even in case of mere justified suspicion of such a breach, the Operator reserves the right to restrict the User’s access to the PRUSA CONNECT service, or to suspend or completely cancel the User’s account, without prior notice or any compensation.
7.2. These PRUSA CONNECT Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally modified or updated by the Operator at any time. The Operator shall notify the User of a change hereto at least 14 days before the effective date of the new version, by publishing the new version on the Operator’s website or by means of a message sent to the User’s registered e-mail address.
