If I'm from the USA, can you provide me the W-9 and TIN?
Prusa Research a.s. is a foreign person (entity) and therefore is not registered with the IRS. We are based in Prague, Czech Republic (EU).
Instead of a W-9, we can provide you with a completed W-8 form (W-8BEN-E) which should be enough in most cases to register Prusa Research a.s. as a vendor.

Do you have a reseller in the US?
Yes. The only authorized official reseller for education, government and enterptise sales in the United States is Printed Solid. You will be fully covered by our warranty and you will be eligible for our 24/7 customer service when buying from Printed Solid.

Please note that no taxes are included for customers outside the European Union (EU), import taxes are to be applied upon arrival, based on country laws. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the EU are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
What are the purchase order terms?
We accept Purchase Order (POs) with Net 30 payment terms only if you are ordering for a school (district) or a library. All POs are subject to approval.
What about accepted payment options?
You will most likely prefer a Purchase Order method with Net 30 payment terms (available to schools, districts, and libraries only). An invoice will include instructions for wire transfer.
IMPORTANT: Please, include the invoice number either in the message to the recipient of your wire transfer or reference. It helps us pair your payment with your order.
Additionally, we accept Paypal and all major credit or debit cards on our e-shop.
How long will I wait for the delivery?
Once your order is placed and processed, it will be fulfilled according to our lead times. If your order contains a 3D printer, it will be added to the manufacturing queue at that time.
The current transit time to the US is 2-3 days.
It's difficult to predict how long the customs clearance process will take because it also depends on the price of the order. However, we've been working with international delivery companies for many years and we have mastered our part in the whole process.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Yes, we do offer an educational discount of 5 % on the MK3S+ line of 3D printers, Original Prusa Enclosure, filaments, and spare parts. All discounts are subject to approval.
Are you 3D printers fitted with a US power cable?
Yes. Though manufactured in the EU, we fit every printer with a power cord according to the country where the printer will find its new home.
